How To Apply And Receive New Jersey WIC Benefits And Services
If you are:

  • Pregnant (up to six weeks after delivery)
  • Postpartum (up to six months after delivery)
  • Breastfeeding (up to one year if you continue breastfeeding)
  • An infant
  • A child under five years old
  • Have a nutrition or medically related health risk
  • Live in New Jersey (proof of residency required)
  • Meet income guidelines (proof of income required)

You may apply for WIC by contacting your local WIC agency / community WIC clinic sites and scheduling an appointment. As long as you or your children are eligible to apply for WIC benefits you will be eligible to continue to receive WIC benefits.
